Havent updated in ages, but no one reads this anymore so it doesn't matter, haha.

Well, I joined a online dating thing called OkCupid. I meet a few interesting people.

I haven't written anything in awhile because I've been in a kind of badish mood. I also turned 18 last week.

I'm so tired, but I can't fall aslseep until 11 so I can stay asleep the whole night.

My Gal

  • Jun. 4th, 2009 at 8:36 PM

Good news: I am finally getting over this whole break up thing. (FINALLY!)

I've found a way to make myself feel better, and I can let Krys talk to me if she needs to.

I'm going to live my life and love will come to me in time.

I spent most of last night full of giggles and smiles as I thought about and talked about what my dream gal is. The one who I imagine spending the rest of my life with; how we meet, how we go into a relationship and wondering who will pop the question first, or maybe doing it at the same time. How she'll be the other mother of my children and how our lives will be, it's such a wonderful dream, it really is.

I imagined how she looked, and her personality, and it was such a clear picture I was feeling flutters in my chest.

Even if I don't get my dream girl, even if the girl I end up with is nothing like I expected, there's one thing that'll be true;
when we do fall for each other, no matter how or when, she won't want anyone else, and I wont want anyone else but her.

(And we'll love our kids, of course.)

I can't wait to meet her.

ALSO

My nieces are so big now! Ohhhh I miss them so muuuuuuuch!

I hate the telephone game. One person says one thing, then you go for clarification and its not the same, and you don't know who to believe. You don't know what's real and what's not.

I hate this.,

Hello All YOU PEOPLES!!!!!

  • Feb. 2nd, 2009 at 1:59 AM

Alright, well, Krystal told me to do a happy LJ post. I admit my last one's have been... well... let's face it, they've been really shitty. I'm sorry about that.

Everything doing pretty much great now, well, besides me being tired.

I'm working on sticking to a schedule so I wont be tired all the time and I'll have time for writing my novels, studying and my comic and fan-fiction. Nothing new has really happened in my life other than my nieces being born and me going to head over to Arizona--Oh while I'm there, Dri said she'd like to hang out if possible and I said sure--but we still need to talk about it and see if we can actually fit it in.

Let me see, I'm currently making a friend at work, Claurette, she was in the same orientation group as me and she's a bit quiet so she's easy to talk to. I guess she reminds me of myself and I see how much I need to come out of my shell (it's a lot harder than it sounds.) We go see movies together and go to the book store. I'm trying to think of different ways to get to know her better: it's been a long time since I've made friends, and I'm very rusty. I know it's just supposed to happen but it's hard to know where you stand when you don't really talk. OR when you're like me and you hardly remember your own name, much less things they've said about themselves. I remember she likes comedy movies, or horror comedies, and also sci-fi. Was it sci-fi or fantasy? Oh well, guess I need to ask again. Oh! I do know she likes graphic novels. Not Manga but the Marvel-types.

Let me see, I'm on good terms with several people from work, but as always there are several there that I cannot stand or for some reason seem to have it out for me with my hours--which I totally do not get enough of especially for minimum wage.

But, the good outways the bad, I guess. I went to see Underworld tonight, I love the movie series but for some reason in this one most of the werewolves seemed... well... fake. They used too much make-up and not enough 3D animation; or maybe I'm mixing how they looked in pervious movies with another vampire/werewolf movie I've seen. Either way, I think they looked fake in most of the shots. Oh! And they did one part totally different than the flashback in the first movie, or was it the second? I'm always mixing the first two together--even though I adored the first one and loved the second. All in all I think this movie was good, okay bordering on good but whatever.

I also watched the Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Milk. I saw both of these movies an hour into the film, because I saw milk from where I left off yesterday because it started before I got off my shift. The Button movie I was going to wait for, since I had 30 minutes, but then I suddenly felt like fantasy so I moved to theater 11 for Underworld. When Underworld finished, I went back to theater 12 to watch the last two hours of the film (that movie is THREE FUCKING HOURS.) Both movies were good, but I still want to see them all the way through.

Oh, and on the subject of books. Well, as I've said I'm working on my own, but I've had the lovely experience of reading some rather good ones in the past months. I don't know why I haven't posted anything about them before when they were fresh in my mind, but here are the books I've read through and through that I would suggest.

(IN THE ORDER I READ THEM IN)

Thirteen Hours By Megan O'Brien

This one was a rather hot, yet cute read. This doesn't really have so much of a plot as it does a idea and character development.

Basically it's about an apparent workaholic by the name of Dana Watts, who gets a "Strip-O-Gram" as a birthday prank by her friend late at night. The Stripper, Laurel Stanley, starts her dance, only to be stopped by a rather pissed Dana. Dana escorts her to the elevator after a rather heated spat between the two, when--you guessed it--the elevator goes out and they're stuck there... for 13 hours.

Mademoiselle Giraud, My Wife By Adolphe Belot (Translated by Christopher Rivers)

This one is about a newly wed man and his wife--who is more than a little distant with him and for awhile denies him his 'right' as a husband, if you catch my drift. There's more to it but this didn't really sit with me well enough to remember more.

This one was very good as far as written wise. It's interesting because it's totally from the husbands point of view. It's disappointing, yet expected, since this was written in the 1800 and by a male, that the wife converts at the end and her lover is protrayed as an evil woman and--well you go ahead and read it if you want to, all in all it's good. Not a happy lesbian-rules book, but good.

Sword of the Guardian By Merry Shannon
This one is about a circus performer named Talon, who is pretending to be a man to protect her sisters, inadvertently saving the Princess Shasta from being killed like her brother. The King needs a guard for his daughter but doesn't trust any man alone with her. He knows about Talon, so, while threatening her sisters should she not fulfill her duties, he uses her to guard Shasta. The only problem is that there is a war brewing, and Talon must protest not only the princess, but that she isn't a he.

Great book if you like purely original worlds--like me. Read it!

Awakening the Virgin By Nicole Foster (Editor) (Various Authors)
This is a collection of real and questionably real stories of virgins either being seduced or seducing. The stories in this are really good, some of them are just sweet and some of them are pure sex. Some of them ended in lasting relationships, some were one night stands.

Either way, it was really a good read. Pick up a copy!

Daughters of Darkness: Lesbian Vampire Stories
This one, while some of the story ideas were okay, was a sever disappointment. NONE of the stories had any grammar correction, one of the stories was like some bad flammer's version of fan fiction of Dracula with like three pages of action.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH SEVER GRAMMAR, SPELLING AND OVER ALL BAD WRITING.

Once upon a Dyke: New Exploits of Fairy Tale Lesbians By Karin Kallmaker (Author), Therese Szymanski (Author), Julia Watts (Author), Barbara Johnson (Editor)
These stories where pretty good. I really liked the Dyke in Fairytale Land, just because it was so funny with lots of smut to boot. I loved the version of Cinderella they have in here. The Little Mermaid was a little darker than I expected but too light then I would have liked for a darker version, but then again it's supposed to focus on the two lesbians not the overall plot.

Anyway, really good read and it's really hot too. Go ahead and buy it.

Call Of The Dark: Erotic Lesbian Tales Of The Supernatural by (Various)
I really liked this book, just because of the variety of the stories. Even though they all have to do with the same kind of element, they all have their own special flare.

Great book, buy it, read it, love it.

Affinity By Sarah Waters
I haven't actually read this book yet, but I did see the movie on Logo and it looked interesting enough, so I'm guessing the book is even better. :)

If anyone has read any of these books and wanna chat it up, go ahead and comment, IM or email.

The twins are here!

  • Jan. 22nd, 2009 at 10:18 PM

My brother married the girl who was carrying his twins January 19th,
said new sister-in-law gave birth to two little baby girls,
5lbs 17 1/2 inches
5lbs 18 1/2 inches
(At least we have some way to tell them apart--an inch and a half of height)

I'm going to see them first chance I get and stay for two weeks.

I'm an auntie again!

And now I have a new sister in law who's only a year older than Chris. Wow, so much happening.

When Kristina was pregnant, they didn't get married until three years later.

Survey says--slut!

I'm working on a project, and, lo and behold I need voice actors!

It's nothing fancy, just a story which will be put into a limited animation, maybe a moving picture book. Also if anyone does backgrounds really good I could use some of those too.

Anyway: Back to this point of making a post!

I need the following voice type:

Two female young adult, around 20's.

Zam
: Has a strong and powerful voice for these lines. She is a leader. This character must be able to sound wounded

Nurse Lin: Has a kind and sometimes awkward voice. This character must be able to sound scared.

One female mature adult, 30's.

Merry: soft and sweet voice, but not dreamy. This character must be able to sound sad.

One older female adult, 60's.

Mrs. Witten: Strict and to-the-point voice. She is a teacher, and does not allow any rule breaking. This character must be able to sound slightly scared or worried.

Two Male mature adult, 30-40's.

Head Ton: Has a fake caring voice, slightly sarcastic. He is a con-artist and is caniving.

Zen: He has a kind and deep voice.

Female child through tween years
. (If you can't go that low it's perfectly fine. This character doesn't really start talking until about 15.)

Zam (child): She is has a soft voice. She isn't sweet as much as she is childishly curious.

Zam (teen):
Has more of a normal voice. She tries to be normal, and is often awkward.

If you are able, you are more than welcome to play more than one character.
If you would like more information please email me or comment.

Okay.

  • Sep. 13th, 2008 at 11:18 PM

I feel a little better now after talking with Krystal.

We're going to be okay.

We'll make it work.

OIh yeah!

  • Aug. 11th, 2008 at 5:32 PM

I came out to my brother awhile ago. He was fine with it :)

And I told you he and his gf are having twins :D

I still haven't told my pastor brother, but I was tempted to ask my sister-in-law about what she thought about homosexuals but I lost my nerve.

Lemme see, been up and down because of birthday and GED and I hurt my head... twice and parents STILL arent taking me to the doctor... my mom was too dizzy to take me. *sighs*

Oh well, if I'm not dead by now I guess there's nothing wrong with my head--even though I feel a huge indent in my head, which worries me.

Krystal is coming in a few days, so I'm happy :) YAY!

Mothers...

  • May. 2nd, 2008 at 6:59 PM

When they say they love ytou, they might mean it.

When they say you can talk to them about anything---not so much.

That's really all I have to say.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION.

  • Dec. 15th, 2007 at 8:11 PM

It needs to stop.

STOP HARASSING MY KRYSTAL!

Anyone and everyone who has ever insulted, upset or yelled at Krystal I hope you fall into a ditch on a cold, rainy night in the middle of nowhere on a highway with no cell, no laptop, your car exploded and no one is around for miles to hear you scream as you die a horrible miserable death alone!

She is not a slut, she is not a whore, hussy, bitch, or any other derogatory term used to describe how she is. She is a polymor and guess what? That's just how she is and no one has any right to put her down for it. If you have a problem with someone you know or like/girlfriend with being with her?

Don't attack Krystal! Talk it out with your girlfriend! Jesus! Be fucking mature about the damn situation.

Just like I talk it over with Krystal with her friends/whatever you want to call them and I understand, so can you! And you know what else? If you and your girlfriend/friend/whoever she is to you don't agree on it and you're still mad and don't want to deal with it? Then maybe you shouldn't be with her, ever think of that? Maybe she's not the one for you; cause if you really loved her, and she really loved you, you could come to an understanding about it--even if its an unpleasant one.

Just. Get. Over. It.

She is not going to steal your girlfriend away, she is not going to do anything to hurt you or your girl, if she does she will feel terrible and degrade herself so she doesn't need any of your shit! I'm so tired of this! I love Krystal, and I don't want her to be upset anymore.

Can't we all just get the fuck along?!

Normally I would say sorry for ranting and yelling, but I'm not going to this time. This needed to be said and I'm saying it.

Please, grow up.

PS Chris is back from the hospital.
